As seen at PMTS 2023, Star CNC Machine Tool Corp. introduces the SD-26 type S sliding headstock machine offering the advantage of having two programmable B-axis units. It also has the capacity for two individual thread whirling units in a B-axis design as well an eight-position live-tool unit in another B-axis unit. Watch it in action machining a mock orthopedic screw whirling different threads.
