Firbimatic’s Multisolvent 100 vacuum vapor degreaser is the flagship Firbimatic cleaning system for precision parts. With applications in the most demanding industrial sectors, the machine is especially useful for cleaning parts in the turning, precision mechanics, medical and aerospace industries.
It works using modified alcohols and isoparaffinic hydrocarbon solvents in class A III. The system ensures the best cleaning quality, taking advantage of the high vacuum for the best cleaning results on complex surfaces, inside cavities and blind holes, the company says.
The preventive degassing of the solvent facilitates the absence of air bubbles and therefore the penetration and homogeneity of the immersion. At the end of the cycle, drying is carried out with vacuum values < 1 mBar: the pieces come out completely deodorized and without any solvent residue that could contaminate the work environment.
At no time is the operator in contact with the solvent. Management of filter cleaning, loading-unloading, distillation residue drainage, takes place automatically and without exposure to residual emissions.
