Fine Adjust Roll Bracket for Cam-Style Screw Machines

BME’s Fine Adjust Roll Bracket is an easy-to-use attachment for shaving in cam-style screw machines. The bracket uses a pivot mechanism to be contained in a tight footprint, while also offering extremely fine adjustment at just the turn of a dial. No tools are needed.

There are two models available which are well suited for a range of jobs — the Standard and the Extra Fine. The Standard adjusts a roller with 0.0005" increments, while the Extra Fine adjusts in increments of 0.00023".

The adjustment brackets fit a variety of shave heads, including the standard Empire heads as well as the standard Schlitter Tool shave sizes. The Fine Adjust Roll Bracket is available in other sizes upon request. 

These brackets can mount right on existing shaves, resulting in a seamless transition to a platform that has much finer control. Being able to adjust shave heads in very small increments is extremely beneficial during long run jobs. As a machine changes temperature throughout the day, operators may notice part size changing on the shaves. These fine adjust brackets enable quick, easy adjustments to keep parts within tolerance and keep machines running.
