Rego-Fix’s 3D-EdgeMaster ergonomic 3D-EdgeMaster centering devices are said to shorten setup time and ensure part accuracy for precision machining applications. They are said to feature an IP 67-compliant shockproof and splashproof design for demanding applications.

Designed to set zero points, probe reference edges and workpieces, calibrate measuring paths, center machine axes and determine bore centers, the devices are said to feature repeating accuracy of ≤0.01 mm.

The series includes 3D EMA-Metric, 3D EMA-Inch, TE EMA-Short and TE EMA-Long.

Rego-Fix serves several industries, seeking to establish process safety, ensure repeatability and reduce complexity when machining and measuring molds.
