U.S. Union Tool, manufacturer of premium carbide end mills, offers its InchMax Series which includes 2- and 4-flute square end mills commonly used in medical (Swiss-type) and general machining applications. These tools feature Union Tools’ UT coating and its standard Super Micro Grain carbide and tolerances.
The UT coat offers high lubricity and toughness, as well as smooth surface, low coefficient of friction, and high chip evacuation and wear resistance. All tools are on a 1/8" shank with OAL of 1.5".
Stock is maintained at U.S. Union Tools in Anaheim, California, and St Paul, Minnesota, sites. U.S. Union Tool offers a full lineup of milling tools, including the Unimax.
